Required qualifications for a class representative at IFM 2016/17

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ELECTION OF CLASS REPRESENTATIVES.

Discipline

This starts from the dressing code (proper dressing code) and the wearing of the identity card through the time at IFM environment.

Educational

The class representative should have a good performance in most of the time and make sure that he/she becomes a role model of the others.

Member of the IFMSO

According to the IFMSO constitution, the member of the IFMSO should have completed the fees and not expecting to drop the studies at any time.

Committed/ loyal

He should be committed and responsible all the time to his class and his/her faculty representatives fully.

Communicative

He should be at a good position to communicate to both his/her class and the faculty representatives and make sure that he reports the informations on time

Team working

He should be a bridge between the student's government and the class he/she leads together with the faculty representatives.

Class attendant

Attending at the class sections happening in every day according to his timetable. And he/she must make sure that each lecturer attend their sections as organized in case of emergency he/she should have the information.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CLASS REPRESENTATIVES

The class representative should organize the class and make sure that the class gets all the class information especially academic information right away.
The class representative should be responsible on the representation of the class challenges (if any) and report them to the faculty representatives for more solving. These challenges may include the venues for lecture, air condition problems especially during the hot season or any problem concerning the class or class member.
The class rep. should know the number of loan beneficiaries in the class and be aware of the problems of any of them regarding loan sector.
The class rep. has got a responsibility of giving a report of a sick student from his/her class and make sure that the exact number is given to the faculty rep.
The class rep. should give a report of any missing student in case of death (student him/herself or parents or guardian), or disqualification of the student in his/her class and give the report to his/her faculty rep.
The class representative is responsible to know the number of sports players, i.e football players, basketball players, karatekas, netball playes and volleyball players with singers and take the report to the faculty representatives.
It should be reminded that the class representatives will always work under the faculty representatives and for that case any problem concerning their classes should be reported to the faculty representatives in a written document.
The class rep is responsible in organizing election for the group representatives and make them adhere all regulations including working as members of the IFMSO.
