REPORT ON AVAILABILITY OF STUDENTS RESULTS
- For all students who are unable to see their results on their systems who are: -
i) Loan beneficiaries whom are paid college fees with HESLB, and they signed their fees. The problem of not seeing their results has already got a solution. According to the report we received earlier from our ministers is that till this moment there are some students who already started to see their results and the mechanism of opening the system to others is on progress too.
ii) For students who are privately sponsored, and they know that the collage still owe them a school fee. The institute management advises them to pay earlier. When the student government continues to manage its recommendations for the management of the institute that all students should be given an opportunities to see their results, the institute management has requested to convey the answer of this request by tomorrow.
iii) For students who are privately sponsored, and have completed all payments but they cant access their results and the systems shows that they haven’t completed the fee. We have also took a note on this and will be dealt together with those of loan beneficiaries. And the request has been sent to the management that they should see their results and if requires a review to verify the validity of their payment so as the management can satisfy itself that really do not owe the student, they should conduct that exercise after the short vacation and during registration.Prime ministerIFM-SO 2016/17
